Authorized use
This integration is for the operator’s own personal and business accounts and other accounts expressly authorized by their owners. It is not offered as a public service. This information site does not provide a sign-up process.
Account control
Account owners choose whether to grant Google permissions and may revoke access through Google Account settings. Use must stay within the granted permissions and the operator’s approved workflows. Attempts to bypass account separation or approval requirements are not authorized.
Human review
Assistant summaries and drafts may contain errors or omit context. The operator must review consequential communications, commitments, financial or legal decisions, and proposed changes before acting. Current read-only access does not authorize sending email or changing calendar events or Google files.
Availability and changes
Operation depends on Google and the configured infrastructure and services. Access can stop because of revoked permissions, expired authorization, service failures, or configuration changes. Availability is not guaranteed. The operator may pause the integration or change its configuration within the account owners’ authorization.
